Coordinate the selection of a General Contractor,

Establish criteria and weighting for General

Coordinate the preparation of Bid Package
(Both Negotiated + Hard Bids)
Coordinate Pre-bid Conference
Review Qualifications and bid
proposals submitted by general contractors
Prepare Bid Analysis, with consultants,
for "apples to apples" comparison
Develop performance standards, design criteria and budget parameters
Review analysis with client, and Recommend
"short list" finalists
Establish Interview schedule,
prepare agenda and chair interviews
Recommend most qualified and competitive
general-contractor team
Monitor the general contractor's process for competitive bidding
of sub-contractors

contractor by phone and letter
Assist in the negotiation and preparation of Contractor
