Benefits of Project-Management Services
Because we define project completion
as full occupancy, we continue to represent the owner's needs
well after the A/E team has completed their work.
We ensure that no loose ends remain and
that performance standards are maintained to the very end. From
coordinating the checklist to monitoring the actual move, we make
sure every final detail is attended to and meets our client's
expectations.
On behalf of our clients, we ensure completion
of contract work prior to final payment.
